Goodfellows began in 1993 when owner/founder, Shelley Bonner Carson needed a boot shine and soon found out that all shoe care services were inconveniently located in the men’s restrooms of most LV hotels and casinos….Having the foresight back then to see that with the mega boom of growth of the Las Vegas strip with multiple new resorts planned, this popular  service needed to be available to all customers. 

From the beginning the goal was to provide first class, five-star shoe care concessions with well-trained attendants, professionally uniformed. Goodfellows was born and grew to multiple hotel properties and 8 international airports in 8 cities including Las Vegas, San Francisco, Dallas, San Antonio, Phoenix, San Diego, Sacramento and Salt Lake City.

Headquartered in Las Vegas, the Goodfellows convention division began by offering convention exhibitors and special event planners an awesome marketing vehicle to attract potential clients to exhibitor booths and/or event sites.

The formula is simple and has proven to be one of the most cost-effective tools in the industry, as you actually sweep customers off of their feet, into the hands of the exhibitor, by offering a COMPLIMENTARY SHINE, sitting down, literally, creating a “captive audience” of clients. The mobile units are also a wonderful perk to offer at special events, meetings, customer or employee appreciation events.
